Be Your Best

“Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life” (Proverbs 4:23 KJB). Recognize that what we complain about in others may very well be how we act or the way we think about and view ourselves. Acknowledging our faults, while being brutally truthful takes guts and an open mind. Instead of continually saying, “I am an alcoholic” or “I’m an addict,” just recognize the problem and work at fixing it. Don’t perpetually ponder, meditate, and affiliate your beautiful identity and self-image with something unwanted. Say, “I am a miraculously blessed child forged by our omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent God, sculpted and crafted majestically with His meticulously flawless one-of-a-kind mold. My redeeming God shows me unconditional love, acceptance, and forgiveness that forgets, bestows grace, and abundantly supplies me with all my noble desires and needs.” Just tell yourself something juicy, with absolute faith and conviction, which bolsters your truly wonderful identity.

Why claim a disease by name, bringing it to fruition, or establish a deadly condition in the concrete of your subconscious mind? It’s an idea worth considering. No doubt, Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA), amongst other support groups can profoundly help maintain higher standards of living and freedom from alcohol, drugs, and other malproductive customs and lifestyles entailing continued deliberate harmful choices. Create good habits by raising your standards, therefore abstaining from poor conducts of living because of newly adopted and acquired productive growth-filled daily life-long rituals. Seriously, form and perpetually perform habits that work best for your triumphant freedom. Always being aware of how important positively baked-in rituals are toward maintaining growth mindsets will lead to wonderful success by staying dignified, honest, loyal, and true to your forever actions.

Find a coach, teacher, mentor, or individual that believes in you. In sports, business, or learning a new skill, how can you believe in yourself if your “trainer” does not believe in you? Genuinely supportive people are tremendous assets toward helping achieve any endeavor, coupled with facilitating long-term progress and massively efficient and effective growth. These leaders will typically see extraordinary greatness, talent, and ability in you that you may not even know exists. You have limitless potential. Develop the skills to be your best. You can and will do it, just believe you can. Success is about desire, clarity, time-driven goals, relentless effort or hard work, determination, and perseverance; much more than IQ or formal schooling.

In time we develop grit and fortitude to believe in ourselves, regardless of naysayers. Self-belief and self-confidence are skills we develop, emerging stronger through proper training and repetitive consistent doing. Life journeys are much more fruitful with positive cheerleaders encouraging our expedition. Let’s surround ourselves with people that are wiser and smarter than we are. Only then can we begin exponentially growing at rapid velocities. Live a legacy and lifestyle exemplifying constant and never ending improvement, embodying moral excellence with each minor and major move.

Limitless Lives

Don’t acquire bad habits and you may live a more enjoyable life. The repetition is there again and again on purpose; therefore, the principles must be very important. Do what’s easy today and have a hard life or do what’s hard now and have an easy life. Stop hanging out with the wrong people that drag you down. Listen to positive uplifting music and watch inspirational movies. Stop filling your mind with vulgarity and violence that can lead to immorally hardened or fossilized negative mental attitudes and hearts. The adage, “If it bleeds it leads” is true relating to the negative news. Moreover, cease or replace watching ferocity and listening to profanity by filling yourself up with an abundance of good. Remember, where there is freedom for good, there is freedom for evil. Choose love, liberty, and an abundant life, intrinsically full of autonomy, growth, limitless ability, vision, meaning, and purpose.

Commitment

Be 100% committed to a new strategic plan. Slip-ups are only mistakes that do not define you as a person. A major issue is that when people decide to minimize their standards, succumbing to the fallacy that one puff from a cigarette, just a sip of alcohol, or only one cupcake will be okay—in addition to an individualized set rule, regression begins. Do not break loyalty with yourself, lest trust be lost and difficult to regain. Empathize with the human condition that no person is or ever will be perfect, including yourself. We are all learning, growing, and living at our own pace and race. All is well as long as we do not stop rising to new levels of excellence in any dimension of our lives. Remember that micro daily thoughts, words, and actions make up our macro destiny.

The same goes for relationships with marriage, parenting, friends, co-workers, and beyond, relating to thought, speech, and acts of love or cruelty. Fall or leap forward, not backwards into similar patterns of coping and acting. Living abundantly and full comes from relentlessly moving in a progressively forward direction, no matter what. This mindset about new ways of living becomes branded into the heart, soul, and mind, building lavish lives, previously gone unnoticed and inconceivable. Let the new you begin today, venturing on discoverable paths toward feeling alive and being authentically free.

Revelation: Self-restraint Sprinkled with Action

“So I say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won’t be doing what your sinful nature craves” (Galatians 5:16 NLV). Now, you can live a righteous, self-disciplined, and powerful purpose-driven life with new insights, behaviors, and being hindsight is 20/20. Respect yourself totally, which encompasses mind, spirit, soul, and the beautiful one and only custom made body that is yours. Do not feel misled, guilty or judged due to slip-ups and wrong decision-making. Accepting divine grace and forgiveness covers the mistakes of being human.

Additionally, do not succumb to retail therapy as a futile coping mechanism for temporary fleeting relief because of problems, which only multiplies troubles creating additional feelings of numbness and void. The value of something is relative, although may be directly and individually linked to efficient and effective time given up acquiring it. Each moment before deciding to spend more money than you currently have, think of invaluable time that could be spent with family or working toward goals possessing expansive meaning and purpose, having potential to literally save or positively influence enhancing change in an individual’s priceless, beautiful life.

Control Thy Tongue

“The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit” (Proverbs 18:21 NIV). With abundant joy, be grateful, while using your tongue to give honeycomb delight to thy soul. The tongues expression gives ourselves and others either good or evil. Speak intentionally, considering the life-transforming powers that our tongue possesses. Through our thoughts, words, and actions we create good with good and evil with evil. If you don’t like what’s being given and reaped from your tongue, take a close look at your daily habitual thoughts. Ask yourself, “What am I feeding my mind?” Change your thoughts in order to harvest magnificent crops of greatness, which, in turn, have incredible powers to change lives from the inside out.

Seedlings of Greatness

“They may forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel” (Carl Buehner). Let your seedlings of greatness grow upon the world inspiring remarkable, astounding, and magnificent change from the inside out. People will see your external beauty exuding from your inner splendorous delights, therefore sparking the torch setting ablaze the path toward learning to perpetually find tranquil kindness and appreciation in ordinary moments, instantaneously engineering extraordinary feelings of gratitude. Even if individuals don’t heed wise advice right away, hopefully useful seeds of greatness planted will eventually begin to ripen, growing deep roots so prolific grace-filled harvests of blessings can be reaped in due season.

Go Against the Tide

“A dead thing can go with the stream, but only a living thing can go against it” (G. K. Chesterton). Stop concerning yourself with other people’s opinions (OPOs). Nothing great is possible without approaching life by pacifistically and relentlessly fighting back, hence forward for visionary ideals. Build your inner fight so strong that corruptible vulgar noise becomes silent impenetrable deafness averting lingering contact with your mind, body, spirit, and soul. Going against the tide, in time, flows naturally with ease. Do not sacrifice or succumb to fleeting short-term gains, forfeiting long-term mastery and perpetual profit. Begin joyfully living your passionate dreams, outside the box of conformity and comfort, today.

Mentors are Leaders

“If I have seen further than others, it is by standing upon the shoulders of giants” (Sir Isaac Newton). Mentors allow us to grow beyond our current selves and potentially become even greater than them. A mentor or leader can help us see within ourselves what we may not know exists. Surpassing a teacher is made possible through the brilliant delivery of one self to another. Seek out necessary training that propels you onward and upward toward your goals. Never stop pursuing constant and never ending improvement, while seeking learning, teaching, growth, and personal development opportunities every chance you get. Preparation harmoniously meeting opportunity is bliss.

Integrity

“Integrity without knowledge is weak and useless, and knowledge without integrity is dangerous and dreadful” (Samuel Johnson). We become dependable, respectful, and trusting to ourselves and toward others by upholding our integrity. Personal growth not only develops and enhances ourselves, nevertheless can benefit everyone around us as well. The most powerful method toward changing others manifests by changing ourselves first. People around us will indirectly or directly be changed through our new bolstered positive and inspiring attitudes, words, behaviors, and lifestyle.

Principles

“A people that values its privileges above its principles soon loses both” (Dwight D. Eisenhower). We must learn to stand alone, while relying on our developed and ingrained principles to maintain our integrity. Principles are rudimentary personal truths that help guide our beliefs, behaviors, and choices, in turn, breaking, hindering or strengthening our self-esteem and self-reliance. Success comes from within, not from without. Let’s develop and maintain an upright character now and always, therefore generating electrically charged cyclical reverberating vibrant energy baked into our core.
