Whatever comes forth from your mouth defines what is inside you. To change what comes out of you, first change what goes in and remains on the inside. Tensions arise, yet we can control ourselves, not everything in our external environment. Choose to be kind and loving toward someone offensive. Look at all people, things, and circumstances as blessings to learn from, appreciate, and grow. Choose love and gratitude, over judging and criticizing others. It is what we give which we get, are, and become more of, therefore be those things you want without beating yourself up for mistakes. Learn, forgive yourself, and move on with new choices regarding who you want to be and be that person. It’s a wonderful blessing being able to become who we choose.
