Thoughts morph into habitual behavioral realities based upon our values, secondary to persistent unwavering principles we embody. We must stand for something or we will fall for anything. Focus on new progressive positive thoughts, words, and behaviors, not old negative taxing ways of thinking, speaking, and acting. Control your thoughts, lest they control you. New unshakable habit and growth formation takes between two to three months before becoming relatively engrained and automatic. Lifelong rituals are patterns consistently infused each day by thinking, speaking, doing, and practicing, in turn, creating a new wonderful you.
